We have completed several deck and railing replacements for a Condo Association in Bellingham, WA over the past several years. This project needed new framing, decking, railings, gates, and stairs on four units. After completing the framing and framing repairs we installed Timbertech Terrain composite decking in Brown Oak with stainless steel fasteners. Innovative Aluminum Systems 36" high aluminum picket railings were surface mounted with a square top rail profile in white.Composite decking outdoor stairs with aluminum railings lead to a door on a house with beige siding.
