Deck Replacement in Bellingham, WA

A house along the waterfront in Bellingham, WA needed a new deck and level pad in the back yard. We removed the cracked and damaged concrete and poured a new level slab with a rough finish. We then replaced the the framing and stair stringers and installed Azek Weathered Teak composite decking with a double mitered border. Innovative Aluminum Systems 36" high aluminum and glass railings were surface mounted with square top rail profile in Textured Black color around the perimeter and down both sides of the stairs.
