Deck renovation and expansion in Bellingham, WA

This deck renovation and expansion project included removing all the old decking, railing, and stairs. After obtaining the building permit we began demolition. We then built a new frame and stair stringers. Timbertech "Silver Maple" decking was placed with hidden stainless steel fasteners and 36" high surface mounted aluminum picket railing with a flat top rail profile in "White" was installed around the perimeter and down the stairs.
